If registering online, the required medical forms will be emailed to you; please bring to check-in.
Campers MUST have their own health insurance, and each camper must complete and return medical history and medical release forms to participate. WE CANNOT PERMIT THE CAMPER TO BE A PART OF CAMP UNLESS THESE FORMS ARE RETURNED.
